“To me, “Long Hai” means “family” in every sense but the literal one; every dish makes me feel at home.  If you want to see what distinguishes Vietnamese food from other asian food, this is the perfect place to do so….prices here are much lower than you’d expect from such a classy establishment.”  “

“It was, by far, the best cooked fish I have ever eaten stateside and rivals the fresh and delicious fish I enjoyed during my trip to Southeast Asia…What a meal. I am so coming back. This place defines “hidden gem” with a dish like the fillet.”

“…the service is always prompt and the food is always fresh. My favorites are the Chicken Hu Tieu with flat noodles and the Chicken Salad (Goi Ga). Healthy, flavorful, and a very generous portion size. The chicken is fresh off the bone and the waiter/chef is really good about asking you your preferences (i.e., flat or thin noodle, white or dark meat, etc.). They post specials in their windows, which is cool because it’s a pretty cheap restaurant to begin with.”
